Dr. Peter Wrobel
Practicing medicine in Georgia for over 20 years, Dr. Peter Wrobel is a skilled physician experienced in diagnosing and treating sleep disorders and is passionate about family medicine.
Dr. Wrobel has obtained his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Saskatchewan, College of Medicine, and undergraduate degrees in Physiology and French, also from the University of Saskatchewan, in Saskatoon, Canada. He interned and completed his residency at Plains Health Centre, an affiliate of the University of Saskatchewan.
He began his career in Waycross, GA in 1995. Since then, he taught through the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, GA as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine; and was an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine for Okefenokee Residency program in Waycross. In addition, Dr. Wrobel has a special interest for treating patients with Sleep Apnea.
Dr. Wrobel is a diplomate of the American Board of Family Practice, is ABFP certified. He is also a member of the American College of Phlebology, American Academy of Family Physicians, Southern Medical Association, National Commission on Correctional Healthcare and Society of Correctional Physicians.
Dr. Wrobel is married with 5 children. He is an active member of his church and enjoys going on mission trips around the world.
